You must be at least 16 years old to use Victoli. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 16 or older. If we discover that a user is under 16, we will terminate their account immediately.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must not share your login credentials with anyone else.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at app.victoli@gmail.com.
Victoli offers paid subscriptions to access coach communities and workout programmes. Subscription fees are clearly displayed before purchase.
IMPORTANT: Victoli provides fitness content for informational and educational purposes only. The workout programmes, exercises, and advice available through Victoli are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise programme, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns about your health.
By using Victoli, you acknowledge that you exercise at your own risk. Victoli, its operators, and the coaches featured on the platform are not liable for any injuries, health complications, or damages arising from the use of workout programmes or advice provided through the app.
If you experience any pain, discomfort, or adverse symptoms during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
When using community features (posts, comments, feeds), you agree not to:
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders without notice.
The Victoli app, brand, logo, design, and technology are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
Workout programmes are owned by their respective coaches and licensed to Victoli for use in the app. You may not redistribute, copy, or share programme content outside of the app.
By posting content in community feeds, you grant Victoli a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content within the app. You retain ownership of your content and may delete it at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at app.victoli@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Active subscriptions should be cancelled through your App Store or Play Store before requesting account deletion.
Victoli is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Victoli and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to physical injury from exercise programmes. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of Victoli after changes have been communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest version will always be available here.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
